- Skills Reviews: Here are several review sheets to remind you of precalculus skills that you will need in the following weeks
  - Solving Two-by-Two Systems: You need to know this in order to find constants (which you have to do in nearly every section in chapter 3). You also need to know these facts to understand when solutions are unique (as discussed in section 3.2).
  - Complex Numbers Introduction: You need this to understand the method in section 3.3 (which we also use in later sections). You also need this to complete the problems from the homework. For a more detailed discussion of complex numbers, here is a complex number review made by our department for this course.
  - Cosine Waves Review: A review of how to study waves. This gives the skills we will need in 3.7 and 3.8 to interpret our answers.
