Past Teaching

Positions at UW
Positions at MIT

Undergraduate Assistant position is in-between that of graduate TA and undergraduate grader. I worked on course logistics, held office hours, wrote official solutions, assisted graders etc.

Lab Assistant position involved leading lab sections and office hours, and providing students with checkoffs based on their understanding of the material.

Teaching for MIT Educational Studies Program

MIT ESP runs educational programs for thousands of middle and high schoolers every year. I taught several courses for them, both at single weekend events (Splash, Spark) and multi-weekend programs (HSSP). You can find a full list in my ESP Teaching bio. Some notable classes I taught were:

Bangladesh National Math Camps

The Bangladesh National Math Camps train the winners of winners of the Bangladesh Mathematical Olympiad in mathematical problem solving. They are also a place where many find lifelong friends! I was a Trainer at these camps from 2017 through 2019, with the position of Head Trainer in 2019. I designed curriculum and the class schedule, taught several classes, designed problem sets and graded contests.

Chittagong Math Circle

I was the Academic Coordinator for the Chittagong Math Circle from 2016 to 2018. In 2016 I took initiative to restart the circle, designing new curriculum and running weekly classes all the way till 2018. These efforts were awarded with the national Best Math Club award in 2017.
