Reading Assignment (due Wednesday 10/5)

Read BB Chapter 2, pp. 38-58. Principles 1-5 are the Axioms for BB. Since we are focusing on congruence right now rather than the general case of similariy, you can defer thinking about Principle 5 except for the ratio = 1.

Read proof of Principle 6, p. 72; this is ASA. Also read notes on Kites and SSS. For construction methods, see Chapter 6.

Due Today

Reading in BB, Chapter 1.

Assignment 1 (redo). Perpendicular bisector locus theorem.

Ongoing

Assignment 2 due Wednesday.10/5
