No makeup midterms will be given. In case you need to miss a midterm because of a documented illnesses or an extreme, unexpected circumstance, please contact the instructor as soon as feasible.
If you are sick on the day of the final, do not take the test but visit a doctor and obtain a doctor note and contact your instructor and Math Advising (advising@math.washington.edu) immediately.
Petition for taking the common make up final must be turned in as soon as possible to the Math Advising Office (please contact them to inquire about this quarter deadline to turn in the petition). Petitions are usually granted only for religious reasons. Petitions are sometimes granted for reasons of health or extraordinary circumstances of grave personal import. .
