A no-host bar will be open starting 5:30 and dinner will be served at 6:30. Dinner will cost $29.00. This will be collected by a staff member on Thursday (the first day of the conference). Cash and checks in US dollars will be accepted. Sorry, no credit cards. The dinner includes a salad, dessert and coffee. The guests will be able to purchase their own wine at the bar. There will be three choices of the main dinner entrees. Grilled lemon-dill marinated salmon with cucumber and caper relish Broiled ancho marinated breast of chicken with tomatillo and cilantro salsa Grilled portabella mushroom with roasted garlic orzo, sauteed spinach and fresh vegetables (vegetarian but not vegan) Please indicate your main dish preference by sending an e-mail to Chris Burdzy at burdzy@math.washington.edu.
