A no-host bar will be open starting 5:30 and dinner will be served at 6:30. Dinner will cost US $30.00. This will be collected by a staff member on Monday August 7 (the first day of the conference). Cash and checks in US dollars will be accepted. Sorry, no credit cards. The dinner includes a salad, dessert and coffee. The guests will be able to purchase their own wine at the bar. There will be three choices of the main dinner entrees. Grilled lemon-dill marinated salmon with cucumber and caper relish Broiled ancho marinated breast of chicken with tomatillo and cilantro salsa Grilled portabella mushroom with roasted garlic orzo, sauteed spinach and fresh vegetables (vegetarian but not vegan) The on-line registration is closed now. However if you haven't already done so and like to attend, please email Zhen-Qing Chen zchen@math.washington.edu with your main entree selection by Thursday August 3, 2006. The faculty club requires one-week in advance booking.
