Math Circle at the University of Washington

Jacob is a fourth year graduate student at UW. He has always enjoyed recreational mathematics and puzzle solving, and as a teenager blogged about his original mathematical adventures. Jacob led the 2nd year UW circle in 2016-17, and is returning for his second year. Jacob has also taught at HCSSiM, and led an undergraduate project in UW's WXML program in 2016. His own research at UW is in combinatorial probability. In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing bridge, ultimate frisbee, and hiking.
