  • Announcements and introduction to the course. Student Name Tags.
  • Write down (1) what is geometry? and (2) what do you expect to learn in this geometry class?
  • In class build some triangles with sides and angles using string and cardboard. State SAS, ASA, SSS.
Assignment
  • Assignment 1A due Wednesday. 1B due Monday.
  • Read Berele-Goldman, Sections 1.1 and 1.2.
  • Bring a compass, ruler, protractor and scissors to all classes, starting Wednesday
