Announcements

• On Monday, December 12, I will be in my office – Padelford C-538 – from 10:30 (probably earlier) to 12:00. If there is a lot of demand, I can stay past 12:00, but otherwise, I will probably go have lunch.

Typos, corrections

• Exercise 6.8: In part 2, change "there is at most one integer b" to "there are at most two integers b"; this appears twice in the problem.
• Exercise 7.12: In part 1, change N to n.
