Special Topics in Mathematics for Teachers

Offered in the evening each quarter


Topics in Mathematics for Teachers (Math 497) is offered in the evenings, usually 4:30 p.m. - 6:50 p.m., in Autumn, Winter and Spring quarters. It features mathematical topics of interest to teachers. The topics change from quarter to quarter, with occasional repeated topics. Recent topics have included Probability, Graph Theory, History of Math, Shape of Space, Knot Theory, Number and Spherical Geometry
