Big Ideas for the Week:

• Learn how to solve any system of equations (if it has a solution) by elimination
• Switch from doing the eliminating by manipulating equations to doing the work with matrices

Practice - Practics - Practice

• Mastering solving by elimination is absolutely basic to the course. You need to be able to do this even in trickly cases. So don't limit yourself to the homework. Do odd-numbered problems for practice to perfect your understanding.
