I am a third year graduate student in the math department at the University of Washington. I'm interested in probability theory. In particular, I have recently spent most of my time thinking and learning about random trees and their connections with Brownian motion and its excursions.
I was born and lived in Massachusets until about the age of 11 which is when I moved to the small town of Cherryville, North Carolina. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I received a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics. In my spare time I enjoy biking.
