Financial Support

Some financial support is available, with priority for early career researchers, to cover travel, accommodation, and registration expenses (both in-person and online). Any full-time student in good standing is eligible for consideration, as are those in postdoctoral fellowships or other temporary positions. When determining the amount of funding, priority will be given to students and to participants presenting talks or posters. Participants are strongly encouraged to also apply for funding from other sources and their home institutions.

To submit an application for financial support, please fill out the following form:

You will need to fill out the above form and provide the following:

  1. A short CV (one page is fine) as a PDF to be uploaded directly into the form. Please make sure this includes your contact information, your current position, your expected/past date (month/year) of your PhD award, the institution of your PhD, and your advisor/mentor’s name.

  2. The name and email address of at least one person (advisor or mentor) who can be contacted to write a letter of reference on your behalf. This step is not necessary if you are presenting a talk or poster at the conference.

To upload your CV, Google requires you to log in using a Google account for security reasons.

The deadline for travel support requests is March 15, 2026.

Financial support decisions will be made by April 1, 2026.

Note that the deadline is earlier than the deadline for early bird registration, April 15, 2026.
