Early Bird registration ends April 15, 2026.
The registration fee does not include accommodation, banquet, and excursion fees.
The fee for the banquet is $25 for students, $50 for nonstudents.
The excursion will be self-paid; see the Social Events page for more details. See below for details about accommodations.
Although we strongly encourage in-person participation, we recognize that there are people who cannot travel due to structural and/or personal circumstances. We plan to offer online streaming via Zoom for participants who are unable to attend in person.

The registration fees listed above do not include accommodations. Each participant is expected to reserve their own accommodations.
We have reserved a block of dorm rooms during the week of the conference. More information about dorm room reservations will be available soon. Approximate cost: shared room $85–90/night, single room $135–140/night. Optional meal plans (5 breakfast, 4 lunch, 5 dinner) will be available for $255.
