Abstract:

The aim of this talk is to construct ``new'' quantisations of the first Weyl

algebra. Their properties are then used to prove a particular case of a 

<br>
conjecture of Andruskiewitsch and Dumas on the automorphism group of the 

<br>
positive part of a quantised enveloping algebra.
