Travel and Hotel Information
Travel
Please book your own travel, and keep receipts (airline ticket,
taxis, train, etc). You will be fully
reimbursed from an NSF grant supporting this workshop being
administered by the University of Washington. A reimbursement form
and instructions will be available on this site soon.
Hotel
We have booked a block of rooms at the Topaz
Hotel, and will pay for these rooms directly (the hotel will want
a personal credit card
for incidentals only). Emily Jennings at the Mathematical Association of
America is handling the hotel reservations. You need to contact her
directly at ejennings@MAA.org with your
arrival and departure dates. Please do so by Friday, April 3.
Most people will arrive Saturday evening,
April 18th, and depart either on Monday evening or Tuesday; either
departure day is fine.
Meals
Each day there will be coffee and pastries from 8am to 9am in the Lobby
of the MAA Carriage House. We will also have a catered lunch each day.
On Sunday evening there will be a workshop dinner at a local restaurant.
All these will be provided to participants.
