The assignment this week is to write a one-page project proposal, outlining what you propose to do for the project which will be due the last day of class.

For this proposal, you should write one page telling what your topic will be and the approach you plan to take.

There should be a serious set of references that you will be using for the project, including at least one book or journal article, not just web sites.

The proposal should reflect some substantial amount of time beginning the investigation of your project. It should not just be a general title and a plausible list of titles as references. You should get deeply enough into the topic that you have a sense of where you are going and that the references have the information to get you there.
